2.1 Under the Australian Consumer Law, products supplied by us come with guarantees that: Are of acceptable quality Match the provided description and preview images Are fit for their disclosed purpose Will be delivered within a reasonable time
3. Print Quality and Accuracy
3.1 Colour Matching Due to the nature of digital printing and varying screen displays, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed Minor variations in colour between preview and final print are not considered defects Significant deviations from the approved proof will be eligible for reprint or refund
3.2 Quality Standards We guarantee that all prints will: Be free from printing defects (smudging, streaking, or blurring) Use materials matching the specified quality Meet industry-standard resolution requirements
4. Return Eligibility
4.1 Eligible Returns You may return products if: They arrive damaged or defective They significantly differ from the approved proof They were incorrectly produced (wrong size, material, or design) They breach consumer guarantees under the ACL
4.2 Non-Eligible Returns Returns will not be accepted if: You have changed your mind about the design You provided incorrect specifications or artwork Minor colour variations exist within standard printing tolerances The product meets all specified requirements and quality standards
5. Return Process
5.1 Timeframe Notify us of issues within 7 days of receiving your order Provide clear photographs of the issue within the notification Return damaged/defective items within 14 days of receiving return authorisation

6. Refunds
6.1 Full Refunds Will be provided when: Products arrive damaged or defective Orders are incorrectly produced due to our error Products fail to meet consumer guarantees 6.2
Partial Refunds May be offered when: Only part of an order is affected Minor defects are present but the product remains usable Resolution is agreed upon with customer
