Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Lucrative Apparel Pty Ltd (Australia) and Lucrative NZ Ltd (New Zealand) (together, “Lucrative”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit our website, send us an enquiry, subscribe to our newsletter, use our client portal or place an order with us.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for customers in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you deal with us. It may include:

- Delivery, billing and order details when you place an order.
- Your client portal account details, including the organisation or team you belong to, your role in it and your order and invoice history.
- Records of our emails and other communications with you.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our hosting providers record automatically.
We collect most of this information directly from you. We may also receive it from someone in your organisation, for example when they invite you to the client portal or place an order on your behalf.

Cookies & Security Checks
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. The client portal uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public website, including popular pages and general browser, device and region information. It does not use analytics cookies. We exclude checkout, account, administration and newsletter confirmation pages from page-view tracking, remove query strings from tracked page URLs, and do not send form contents as analytics events.
The enquiry and newsletter forms on this website use a security check provided by Cloudflare, which looks at technical signals from your browser and device to tell people from automated traffic.
Our online store runs on Shopify, which sets its own cookies and processes your information on our behalf when you browse or buy there.
Who We Share Information With
We share personal information only as needed to run our business. This may include:
- Suppliers who produce your order and carriers who deliver it.
- Service providers that host our website and systems, store our data and files, deliver our emails, process payments and provide security checks.
- Professional advisers, and regulators or authorities where the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor if our business, or part of it, is sold or restructured.
Overseas Disclosure
Some of the suppliers and service providers we use operate outside Australia and New Zealand, so your information may be stored or handled overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
Security & Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need to keep it. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the link in our emails or by contacting us. We will still send you messages about your orders and account.
Children
Our products and services are intended for businesses, clubs, teams and organisations. They are not directed at children.
