Warranty & Quality Assurance
Frame Warranty
The aluminium frame is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
Fabric Warranty
Canopy and wall fabrics are covered against manufacturing defects only. This does not include damage caused by weather exposure, improper use, inadequate anchoring, burns, mould, or normal wear and tear.
Gazebos are designed as temporary event structures and should be properly secured during use and not left assembled unattended for extended periods.
