Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and interactions with Lucrative Apparel Pty Ltd (Australia) and Lucrative NZ Ltd (New Zealand) (together, “Lucrative”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Governing Law
For Australian customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

For New Zealand customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once accepted in writing by Lucrative (including via email confirmation). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including due to errors in pricing, stock availability, or payment verification.

Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in the relevant local currency (AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, you will be notified and given the option to continue with the corrected price or cancel your order.

Payment
Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods of payment are listed on our website. For certain orders, deposits may be required. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.

Production & Delivery
Production begins once payment (or deposit) and artwork approval have been received. Delivery timeframes provided are indicative only. While we aim to meet deadlines, delays can occur due to courier services, supply chain issues, or other factors outside our control. Lucrative is not responsible for losses caused by delivery delays. Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

Stock & Availability
In the event an item is unavailable at the time of production, we will notify you to discuss alternative options, revised timeframes, or a refund.

Returns & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production has commenced, except in circumstances covered under our Warranty Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty
All Lucrative products are backed by a 6-month warranty under normal use, provided care instructions are followed. This covers manufacturing and decoration faults. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or errors approved at artwork stage are excluded. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

Products Damaged in Transit
Any damage to products during transit must be reported to Lucrative within 48 hours of receipt, with accompanying photos and proof of delivery. We will arrange the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) depending on the situation.

Discount Codes & Promotions
Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn without notice.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lucrative Apparel Pty Ltd and Lucrative NZ Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product under our Warranty Policy.

Marketing Communications
By placing an order, you consent to being added to our customer database for order updates, new product information, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails or contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content displayed on our website remain the property of Lucrative or their respective owners. By providing artwork for use in production, you confirm you hold the rights or permissions to use it. Lucrative is not responsible for any claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Force Majeure
Lucrative is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruption, or pandemics).

Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version available on our website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
