At Lucrative, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. As many of our products are custom-made to order, warranty coverage and quality assurances may vary depending on the item.

Product-Specific Warranties

Warranty coverage differs depending on the product type and manufacturer.

If you are unsure, we recommend confirming warranty details with our team before placing your order.

Custom-Branded Products

As the majority of our products are custom manufactured, they cannot be returned or exchanged for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selections
  • Colour variations within normal print tolerance
  • Design or artwork that was approved prior to production

Before production begins, all custom orders require written approval of digital artwork proofs. Production proceeds strictly based on the approved design.

Manufacturing Defects & Production Errors

If your order arrives with:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural faults
  • Print or embroidery errors caused during production
  • Products not matching the approved artwork

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement of affected items
  • Replacement parts (where applicable)

Each case is assessed individually.

What Is Not Covered

  • General wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Colour fading or shrinkage due to incorrect washing
  • Artwork variations approved prior to production

Refunds

At Lucrative, we want every customer to be confident in their order. Because most of our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds, replacements, or credits will only be provided where required under Australian or New Zealand consumer law, or in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

You may be eligible for a replacement, credit, or refund if:

  • Your order arrives with a manufacturing or decoration defect.
  • We supply the wrong product, size, or customisation compared with what you approved.
  • Your product is damaged in transit and reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery (ideally within 48 hours).
  • A remedy is required under applicable consumer laws.


Minor colour, placement, or sizing variations within normal production tolerances do not constitute a defect.


Refunds or credits will not be offered for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
  • Artwork or design errors approved prior to production.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or ignoring care instructions.
  • Delays caused by couriers, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.

Making a Claim

If you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of discovering the fault and provide clear photos and order details.

Our team will review and respond with the next steps.
