• Any defects caused during production or decoration are fully covered.
  
• If we make a mistake, we’ll repair, replace, or refund — whichever is most practical for you.

• General wear and tear through regular use
• Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or ignoring care instructions
• Colour fade, shrinkage, or distortion from improper washing/drying
• Design or artwork issues that were approved prior to production
  

If you notice an issue, contact us within 14 days of discovering the fault. Provide photos and details, and our team will assess and offer the best solution — repair, replacement, or refund.
