Warranty & Quality Assurance
Pole Warranty
The Fiberglass pole is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
Fabric Warranty
Flag fabrics are covered against manufacturing defects only. This does not include damage caused by weather exposure, improper use, inadequate anchoring, burns, mould, or normal wear and tear.
Feather flags are designed as temporary promotional displays. Ensure the flag is securely installed using the appropriate base for the surface. We recommend removing flags in strong winds and not leaving them assembled unattended for extended periods to maximise lifespan.
