Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and interactions with Lucrative Apparel Pty Ltd (Australia) and Lucrative NZ Ltd (New Zealand) (together, “Lucrative”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Governing Law
For Australian customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

For New Zealand customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Orders
All orders must be placed through our website or an authorised Lucrative representative. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once accepted by Lucrative in writing (including email confirmation). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Pricing & Taxes
Prices are displayed in the relevant local currency (AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update prices without notice. If an error occurs in pricing, we will notify you prior to fulfilment and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Payment
We accept approved payment methods listed on our website (e.g. credit card, direct bank deposit). Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom work, deposits may be required. Late payments may delay delivery and may incur additional costs.

Production & Delivery
Lead times begin once payment (or deposit) and artwork approval are received. Delivery times are indicative only; delays may occur due to supply chain or courier issues outside our control. Lucrative is not liable for losses resulting from late delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Returns & Cancellations
Due to the customised nature of our products, cancellations or changes cannot be made once production has commenced. Returns are not accepted except where covered under our Warranty Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping in warranty cases unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty
All Lucrative products are backed by our 6-Month Warranty under normal use, provided care instructions are followed. This covers manufacturing or decoration faults. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or approved design errors are excluded. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucrative Apparel Pty Ltd and Lucrative NZ Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product in question under our Warranty.

By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you with updates, offers, or new product information. You can unsubscribe at any time via the provided links or by contacting our team directly.

Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
